CNG confirmation window, narrow pass

On 21 September 2026 this pipeline’s predeclared oscillatory structure passed on the unseen window ω ∈ [10.40, 10.90], 51/51 angular-accepted, ε₁ = 37.5 fixed and never fitted. The accepted record reports C1–C6 PASS. C5 was corrected from sequential residual fitting to joint-H1 source A/B transfer plus a fresh target cubic. This is not global asymptotics and does not erase the 20 September discovery grades.
